Lotte Giants shortstop Noh Jin-hyuk is taking a break due to side pain. Hanwha Eagles pitcher Kim Min-woo was also removed from the first team roster.

Lotte removed Noh Jin-hyuk, pitcher Kim Kang-hyun, and catcher Lee Jung-geun from its first-team roster for the 2023 Shinhan Bank Solar KBO League game against Hanwha on Friday at Sajik Stadium. Instead, infielder Han Dong-hee, pitcher Shin Jeong-rak, and catcher Son Sung-bin were registered.

Noh was taking batting practice before the game when he felt pain in his left side. He was taken to the hospital for further examination.안전놀이터

Han Dong-hee, who was dropped from the first-team roster on the fifth due to poor hitting, returned to the first team on the 10th after making adjustments in the second team.

Kim Min-woo, who started the game against Lotte on April 14 but had to leave early due to shoulder discomfort, was also removed from the first team roster.

Hanwha called up pitcher Joo Hyun-sung to the first team in place of Kim, who is undergoing a medical examination at a hospital.

SSG Landers’ submarine pitcher Park Jong-hoon, who has been struggling, was sent to the second team.

Jong-hoon had pitched 12 innings in three games in June, giving up 14 earned runs and posting a 10.50 ERA. In his previous start against the KT Wiz, Jong-hoon gave up eight runs on five hits and six walks in three innings.

Meanwhile, SSG outfielder Choo Shin-soo, who was sent to the second team because his ankle was not fully healed, will return to the first team on the 16th. After recovering from the injury, Choo went 2-for-8 with two doubles, one home run and one RBI in the Futures (second-tier) League games from Nov. 13-15.
